RETURNS
All returns made from UK addresses on orders paid for in GBP can be returned within 28 days of the date of your order. Returns cost £1.95 and this will be deducted from your refund. All unwanted items should be sent back to us in their original condition; that is unused, in the original or other opaque packaging and with all swing tags/labels attached.
MAKE A RETURN
1. Repack your unwanted products using its original packaging or other opaque packaging
2. Enter your order number (e.g. GP47224) and email address
3. Select the items you wish to return and specify your reason
4. Select your preferred return method
5. You can download your unique QR code or print label to be presented at your chosen carrier. A copy of this will be also sent to your email address
6. Seal your package and send via your chosen carrier on the returns portal
7. Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you’ll be notified by email
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure that you wrap and package items properly to prevent damage during return shipping and obtain proof of posting.
In the interests of health and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned to us: underwear or swimwear, pierced jewellery, fragrance, make-up and toiletry products and face masks if they have been opened, used, the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.
Items purchased from other stores, or websites selling Great Plains products (such as House of Fraser) should be returned to the seller you purchased the item from.
We are only accepting returns and are not able to offer exchanges for different sizes or colours.
